FutureGuard™
FutureGuard™ is a fully tested and certified carpark barrier system designed specifically for perimeter and internal edge protection in multi level car park areas.
A proprietary system, designed, tested and manufactured here in Australia, this revolutionary new car park barrier system removes the typical aesthetic and installation issues associated with industrial crash barrier systems.
Combined with our FutureFix slab fixing system, the FutureGuard™ system provides:
- No concrete drilling with resulting mess and time delays
- No risk of penetrating slabs, PTs and reo (avoid structural compromises)
- Complete flexibility of lengths and spacing (not limited to preset sizing)

ABOUT US
Our company commenced in business in 2009 focusing more on the compliance of car park barriers. With extensive experience in the industry using the old crash barrier systems, we realised there was a much more efficient and practical way to meet the aesthetic and practical requirements of car park safety.
Having seen many instances where conventional car park barrier systems were too large, too bulky, too slow, or too messy, we set about developing a much needed new crash barrier product that looked a lot better, had a much smaller footprint, was faster to install, and on top of all that was competitive in price! FutureGuard™ was designed, developed, and crash tested and has been incorporated into many premium projects, working with Tier 1 and 2 Contractors.
In addition, we are able supply and install all types of crashrails, wheelstops, balustrade, bollards and all of the metalwork and finishing packages associated with carparks.
With over 60 years experience in both Engineering and Construction we are able to cater for the rigorous demands of modern commercial building works.

LATEST PROJECTS
Northern Beaches Council Project
Northern Beaches Council selected FutureGuard car park barriers for the new 2 level carpark for commuters to and from Scotland Island. Located at Church Point on beautiful Pittwater, the requirement was for an attractive car park barrier solution that was able to be mounted on the kerb, which also acts as a water retention reservoir.
The council were very happy that all components are hot dip galvanised given their proximity to the saltwater directly in front of the carpark.
Canterbury Leagues Club Project
The very successful Canterbury Leagues Club needed a neat car park barrier solution for their new underground multi-storey carpark expansion. FutureGuard was the economical solution chosen by the architect because it satisfied aesthetically and was half the footprint width of any other system.
Parkview the builder were happy that CBS kept within the program and assisted with car park barriers to the temporary access road as well as additional works near the end of the project.
Southpoint Building Brookvale Project
By utilising the innovative new FutureGuard car park barrier system, Southpoint Building was able to reduce the hob to maximise the remaining space for parking on the rooftop of their Brookvale project.
FutureGuard was used on the rooftop areas and down the access ramp as an efficient, attractive and cost effective carpark barrier solution.

CBS specialises in getting in early to erect our car park crash barriers to give instant edge protection (so you can remove your scaffolding earlier in the program) and are currently rolling out our latest “cast into slab” FutureFix system to speed up installation and avoid compromising clashes with steel reo or PT ducts.
